- You have the right to obtain all the
information in your credit report, including the source of the
information.
- You have the right to obtain the name of
anyone who received your credit report in the last six months.
- You have the right to dispute the
completeness or accuracy of information in your report.
- You have the right to add a summary
explanation to your credit report if the problem is not resolved to your

receive their credit report for a reduced fee.
- You may obtain a free credit report if you
have been denied credit within the last 60 days. To receive
the free report, send your request along with a copy of the letter denying

- If you are married, you may want to request
both individuals’ credit reports. If you have joint accounts, the

- Requesting your credit report is easier than
ever with today’s technology. You have the choices of phone, fax,
internet, and mail. Your report should arrive in the mail within
8-10 days of receipt of your request.
- Consumer Debt Management Northeast, Inc. (CDMN)
suggests that you review your credit report every year for incomplete
